Jonathan joined Falcon Capital Partners in the fall of 2009 and is responsible for providing transaction support and analysis. Jonathan was formerly with Morgan Joseph & Co., a leading middle-market investment bank, where he advised clients in the healthcare and business services industries. Jonathan has worked on over 15 transactions, including merger and acquisition, fairness opinion, IPO, and private placement assignments, with aggregate transaction value in excess of $1 billion. Several of these transactions were nominated for specific “Deal of the Year” awards by The M&A Advisor, a leading publication for the investment banking industry.
Jonathan graduated cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College with a concentration in finance and accounting, where he also captained the Varsity Track and Field team.
