Tom has over 35 years of experience in the information technology, healthcare, business services and manufacturing industries. In 2007, he co-founded Gatehouse Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in leveraged buy-outs and industry consolidations.  Prior to forming Gatehouse Holdings, Tom co-founded Falcon Capital Partners, LLC with Ted Stack in 2002.  From 2002 to 1999, he was an Executive Director with CD Ventures, during which time he served as the first Chairman of Executive Air Support, Inc.  EAS was a consolidator of Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) at major airports throughout the U.S. doing business as Atlantic Aviation.  From 1999 to 1987, Tom held various senior Partner positions in the Consulting Services Division of Ernst & Young, LLP.  Prior to joining E&Y in 1987, he was a senior executive and a member of the Corporate Management Committee at SMS/Siemens.  Before joining SMS/Siemens in 1980, Tom was a Partner in the Consulting Services Division at Arthur Andersen & Co. (“AA&Co.”), now Accenture.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of HRDQ, a provider of soft skill training programs, Resource Associates Corporation, a learning development company, and D’Ambrosio Bakery, a commercial bakery.  Tom also serves on the Board of Directors of Benefits Data Trust Foundation, the Chester County Council Boy Scouts of America, and the Krall Center for Corporate and Executive Education at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.   He holds a BS degree from Drexel University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Tom has two children and lives with his wife Peg in Malvern, Pa.
