Keith brings nearly 30 years of diversified experience as a senior operating, sales and marketing executive within the healthcare services and medical device industries. Keith was the Founder, President and CEO of the venture backed company Group Practice Services Corporation (GPSC). GPSC was one of the nation’s largest operators of in-office ancillary programs and services for physician group practices including clinical laboratories, diagnostic centers and disease management programs.

Keith began his career with Union Carbide, in their cryogenic/respiratory therapy business known today as Lincare (AMEX: LNCR). After eight years pioneering and building the home respiratory market, Keith was recruited by Foster Medical to help build their home healthcare division into a leading national provider. Keith was intimately involved in the company’s M&A initiatives as well as the restructuring of the company after the acquisition by Avon Products and its ultimate merger with Abbey Medical (now Apria NYSE: AHG). Keith has been a member or numerous private company boards.

He earned his BS degree in Business Administration from Catawba College.
