Falcon Capital Partners Advises DialConnection in its Growth Investment from Potomac Equity Partners

In the call center software sector, Falcon served as sell-side advisor to DialConnection, a provider of cloud-based software-as-a-service and premise-based contact center services, based in New Jersey.  The growth investment was completed by Potomac Equity Partners, a Washington D.C. based investment firm focused on small to mid-market investment opportunities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
