Falcon Capital Partners Advises MedOasis in its Sale to abeo

In the revenue cycle management sector, Falcon represented MedOasis, Inc., a North Carolina based company in its sale to abeo Management Corporation, a medical billing company focused on providing anesthesia billing, transcription, and coding services for anesthesia groups and ambulatory surgery centers across the United States.  abeo is a portfolio company of Parthenon Capital.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
