Falcon Capital Partners Advises Archonix Systems in its Sale to Securus Technologies

In the public safety software sector, Falcon served as sell-side advisor to Archonix Systems, a provider of public-safety software to police departments, fire departments, correctional institutions and other public-safety agencies, and based in New Jersey.  Securus Technologies completed the acquisition.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
