Experience
Julian joined Falcon in 2025. Prior to Falcon, he worked in New York City as an Investment Banking Associate at Lincoln International, where he advised and executed on middle-market M&A transactions in the Technology, Media, and Telecom industries. Julian has transaction experience in software (SaaS), including Customer Experience, Cybersecurity, Digital Infrastructure, GovTech, Workforce / Human Capital Management, and Electronics Manufacturing Services. He has worked closely with founder-owned businesses as well as financial sponsors in the sale of portfolio companies.
Education
Julian holds a BS in Finance and International Business from the University of Delaware, which included coursework in Granada, Spain. He maintains FINRA 79 and 63 licenses and can conduct business in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazil).
Outside of Work
Julian enjoys international travel with his wife, as well as soccer, golf, snowboarding, running, and photography.
