Since joining Falcon in 2020, Steve has participated in M&A transactions across Healthcare, Technology, Financial and Business Services. Prior to joining Falcon, Steve was a Senior Associate at KPMG in their Deal Advisory Practice where he performed buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory services across various industry verticals. Steve started his career at a Big 4 Accounting firm, within Deloitte & Touché’s Audit and Assurance practice and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered in the state of Pennsylvania.

Steve holds a BS in Accounting with a Minor in Finance and an MBA from the University of Scranton’s Kania School of Management, as well as FINRA 79 and 63 licenses.

Steve enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two kids, traveling, golfing, home improvement projects, and rooting for the Phillies and Eagles.
