Experience
Ted is the Co-Founder of Falcon and has over 35 years of healthcare service, technology, financial, operational, and entrepreneurial experience. He has been involved with over 200 transactions throughout his career. He previously served as founder and Managing Director of Healthcare Technology Ventures and M & A advisory firm InHealth Venture Management. Prior to founding InHealth, Ted was the Senior Vice-President of Development for PractiCare, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the The Phoenix Companies (NYSE: PNX), Executive Vice-President of Development for Advanced Health Technologies (NASD:AHTC) and CEO/Co-Founder of Integrated Medical Management, Inc. (IMM), a venture backed physician management company. Prior to starting IMM, Ted was Vice-President of Northeast Management Operations, Medaphis (PerSe Technologies/McKesson, NASD:MCK), and a Manager with Ernst & Young’s Healthcare Consulting Practice. Ted has been on numerous private company boards.

Education
Ted holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University’s College of Business where he was a four-year starter on the Men’s soccer team and a captain his Junior and Senior year, as well as FINRA 79 and 63 licenses.
Outside of Work
Ted loves spending time with his wife and three adult children. If not with family, you can find Ted playing a variety of sports including golf, tennis, paddle tennis, padel, paddle boarding, boating and surfing.
